An imaginary seascape dedicated to the sun and to the birth of the son of the artist in February 2022.

The artist applied sand mixed with gesso to create an expressive texture in the foreground of the painting. She then used various layers of glazing, thin layers of painting and medium, to render a feeling of dream, delicacy and depth. It is also inspired by J.M. Turner’s work. She added authentic gold leaf on top to render a sense of glory.

The composition of the painting is based on the gold number ratio, for infinite harmony.
